HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE FORUM

We have found by changing browers to Chrome or Firefox has rectified the problem.

Thank you once again for enhancing my collection, your help is very much appreciated. Knowing the exact meaning of "Affranchisement" and "Recette" makes for better understanding of the history of my stamps.The best I had come up with was "paid" for the first and "sorting office" for the second
For two days I have stared at your name thinking to myself that I knew it from somewhere, but senility prevented me from realizing how I knew it. Your book is now on its way to me, but I fear that it isn't a new copy, although it is a 2015 edition.
