Annual Philatelic Weekend - RESCHEDULED for 9th - 11th JULY 2021

The good news is that we have now managed to rearrange this for 9th to 11th July 2021 back at our old venue at Charlecote. The hotel has assured us that if Government guidelines should, for Covid related reasons, prevent anyone attending, a full refund of monies paid will be made. Cancellations for any non Covid related reason will be subject to their standard cancellation terms available from myself. In effect after 9 April 2021 no refunds will be offered.

Charlecote Hotel

The hotel is now under new management after the collapse of Shearings and unlike previous years we will unfortunately not be able to use the meeting room on the Friday afternoon.

The hotel is closed until 15 February so please make your bookings after that date. Further details are available here
