There has been a change to the two presentations each showing a contrasting facet of our hobby. First we will be welcoming member David Huckett who will talk to us on ‘War Bonds and Improvised Hospital Trains’. This will be of particular interest to postal historians especially those who collect WW1 material.
Mick Bister will take over the second half with his presentation entitled “Stamps of the 1960s”. This will examine the period when arguably the foremost stamp designers and engravers worked for La Poste.
